Purchased a $6500.00 barbeque from them and when I got it home and unpacked it one of the main stainless cabinets was from a different model and did not fit at all. So far I have had dozens of emails with Charlene ( I don't actually think she exists ), countless phone call with promises they will fix it and call me back and still nothing.
2 months this has been going on for Even got the phone number of the person in charge of customer support in Sydney, called him left messages and didn't get one reply. I now have a $ 6500 barbeque that I cant finish installing.
Looks like I will have to spend the time and money suing them through QCAT - Not going to let them get away with it. Avoid GRAYS - Bad Bad Bad
