I have bought on line a commercial tomato slicer, from one photo from the internet, very clean and shiny, brand new, but the real one was dirty and was missing the most important part, the blade cartridge. When I went to pick up, a very polite guy, said to me, everything is here, where is your far, to help you to put it in, and because always I trust people, I put the things in the boot but I couldn't see from the top that the cartridge was missing, thought was there, because the frame is on top of the cartridge. When I went home after so many hours of driving, I realized that I bought a piece of rubbish, worth nothing and no useful for the shop.

Same happened to me - no engine light mention but came on as soon as engine was started on pick up. I say ——They must have a handy tool in the office when they take their photos.

The other interesting fact is how I save certain cars into my folder and see it say SOLD but a few days later it’s re-listed.

At first I thought maybe a dispute with a buyer but why does it get re-listed more than one occasion? Looks a little strange as if they are listing and when it doesn’t reach that reserve they keep re-listing....hmmmm you make your own call on this one.

Better to give your money for a donation! This is the worst auction. It starts from the app. You can’t go back even it has back arrow. Grays online are very fast to take your money, but very slow to give you a refund, or in some cases don’t give you a refund at all....

After 4 years of purchasing tens of thousands from Grays they decided not to release my goods because apparently my ID wasn’t good enough. I was transferred to call centre after all centre - was on hold for hours! The worst call centre ever! They’ve lost my business! They won’t release my goods or give me a refund! Absolute thieves!
