Details
After tracking down the owner of a Mack tipper truck for auction (made out the lettering of removed company decals), and after lengthy questioning he assured me the truck was all good and disclosed several issues that he'd had with truck but had rectified. I won the auction $53,000 and proceeded to drive the truck from Melbourne to Mid North Coast NSW. Well what he failed to disclose was the one issue I would of preferred to know about before purchasing....stuffed head gasket!!!! This has now cost us any capacity to earn an income as the truck is undriveable until we can afford either a used engine or an engine overhaul. Needless to say it has put my family under extreme financial stress.

Grays did the Right thing by putting you on to the Vendor, if he failed to mention that is a you problem. All assets are inspection highly recommended. Next time pay $200.00 and send an inspector out, don't be a tight *** and loose 10k instead of spending 200.

We bought 2 (expensive Michael Kors watches) one was faulty after only three months. We contacted Michael Kors agents in Australia who advised that Graysonline are not authorised resellers so the watch could not be repaired under warranty. We reached Graysonline, who stated that the watches only have a 30-day guarantee! Unheard for well know watch brands! Grays did advise they would call back needless to say; I am still waiting. I will NEVER purchase from Grayslonline again.

Grays do not own anything they sell online, they act on behalf of a vendor. Therefore 30 Days warranty is through the vendor themselves not Grays.

Not good enough. The vendor takes no responsibility and are not an authorised reseller of Michael Kors.

Therefore I will never buy from Grays again.

There are lots of other market places that are much better to deal with. Grays are investigating but to date have not reverted with anything helpful.

bought a car at auction. The invoice did not come until the next afternoon. This was a Thursdays said. said 2 business days to pay. Paid on the Monday at 155pm. Next day get email saying sale cancelled. Said they called e-mailed and text us Big Lie. Only email we got was to say sale cancelled. Do you think.we woukd pay the money after sale cancelled No. These people tell lies. Bad Customer SERVICE or really No SERVICE . How long will i have to wait to get.my money back.? My advice go to PICKLES

i am a regular customer of buying vehicles from grays online 4 last cars i have been burnt last one 2012 bmw x5 paid 14k and transport company will not deliver to melbourne because car is damaged photos show perfect car and report no mention of damage cannot talk to anyone as the calls are answered in the philipines and they cant help me i resorted to calling queensland office of fair trading who were very helpful and will be handling it from here on they are decieving thieves

Approx23/6/2019 bid on a item within 5 minutes looked at the photos and realized catastrophic gamage to the item sent of a email imediatly asking to please retract the Auto bid ,As it wasnt safe to use ,no reply on the next day Monday Called them twice . No luck .sent 2 emails to close a/c still no reply .all seem to have the same voice like talking to manilla. As yet nothing

I feel for you I too wish I never met them you know the.sad part is a so called friend recommended them . I caught them changing the sale invoice the buyer had a different one where the sale price had changed . You know I even sold the car for them
