We have purchased on small John Deere tractor and two cars from greys online auction, tractor has a lot of issues with the motor (cracked head) cab fans broken bonnet none was mentioned at sale, 2016 vow golf has major oil leak at the front of motor and dash warning lights came on with 10 KMS of driving, Mazda bt50 2018 Ute has been in an accident, spare wheel used on vehicle and one of the other rims cracked beyond repair jack and spinners missing bonnet struts and liner missing fresh paint no marks etc, all vehicles were misrepresented and I would definitely recommend viewing before purchasing most of what they sell has passed its use by date, we will not be purchasing from greys again

completely agree! purchased a car with faulty engine, nothing mentioned by grays....

bought with the warranty, which apparently doesn't kick in until after 90 days!!!

never even heard of such thing! scammers - it's the only word which comes to mind!

I asked for as video of car in S.A. I am in Brisbane. This was denied. I have phoned the number it says for help/details of car I am told Adam will call back He does not call back. Customer service says they will get back to me in two days the auction ends tonight?I need to hear car running as the last Cadillac I bought off Grays Dandenong, no mention of motor problem but on arrival a burnt out valve or hole in piston. No mention of this in description. Bad business!!!

My truck driver tried to pick up my car 2007 BF Fairmont Ghia I have pictures before I bought it it has been backed into on your premises I would like a full refund or it's fixed

Selling cars without registration

ShockedThey sell you a car without plates, and they do not send the plates to the RTA for three weeks. It makes transfer to your name extremely hard

Grays Online posted a very cheap priced Mazda CX-5 for sale at there arnell park location in NSW. Please keep in mind that this vehicle was a fixed price sale and not an auctioned car. I contacted the sales man regarding the car and the price of d as it was very cheap....

I bought a BMW 320i on the description, there was no mention of something been wrong with the engine. But after I was driving the car home the engine light came on and from there I knew something is definitely wrong with the car. Now I'm going to spend $3000 more for an engine.

yesterday i phoned dandenong if it was ok to inspect a recliner that was available i was told they were there and inspection was ok.after driving 220 ks i went to the depot and was told they did not have any at there store very disappointing

Not a good experience for wine

I have now had multiple deliveries of wine - the first load was supposed gold medal wine and was some of the worst I've ever had, but I won't blame Grays for that. But this week I spent 200 dollars on a specific vintage of wine, only to be delivered a different vintage. The wine specified the vintage on the invoice, but they still delivered the wrong wine and are now saying they are out of stock. I will be returning this batch as I believe they may have misled myself and other customers T recommended for wine no o0deliberately

Hidden Freight Chargse, Now I'm Suspended!

Bought two items for $29 each, 40x40x40cm and light. There was no freight calculation options anywhere until the invoice came. Wow! $360 for Syd to Mel. They are clearly making money on freight! After 6 attempts to cancel the purchase with support, my only option was to pay 10% ($42) or my account would be suspended. Zero acknowledgement from anyone in support as to the actual situation. So, after years of being satisfied with Grays Online, they are happy to no longer have me as a cutomer. Suspended my account without any communication! Crazy! Sno happy to not have me as a customer. Crazy business ethics!

User's recommendation: Grays are moving towards a marketplace model where they don't hold the stock. Beware of freight charges. If they display as $0, don't do it! Or go with Amazon.
