Purchased a Laptop from Grays online.
1st thing they did was automatically direct debited my credit card as soon as I won the item. This would be ok if they didn't charge a $12 fee for charging my credit card.
2nd the item was listed as Reconditioned and stated there may be some ''Surface marks and scratches on screen and body'' Which was incorrect for the Laptop was in much worse condition than described. Also when I complained the lady sent me a description of their definition of reconditioned which stated it should have the same functionality as the original with some wear and tear on the device. It does not function as the original the battery lasts 1/2 the time and the keyboard is so well used some of the keys are smudged.
3rd: In the actual description not only is it misleading as it provides you a Generic model number which applies to All macbooks so you have no idea of the actual model. When you google it the 2017 model also comes up leaving the consumer to assume they are buying that. But they also actually had the incorrect processor power in the description which means it is not described correctly and I can get a refund right? Wrong after 10 e mails back and forth Grays don't care and will not help me any further. in short: DO NOT BUY FROM GRAYS UNLESS YOU EXPECT TO BE MISLED FROM THE DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND ADJUST PRICE ACCORDINGLY. Being a consumer I had the apparent incorrect assumption they would be trying to do the right thing for the consumer. All Grays care about is a Quick buck right now and deal with the problems later. BUYER BEWARE!
