I bought a Lenovo laptop from Grays on line few weeks ago.When it arrive it came with wrong power adapter.
The adapter was out dated and not match with the socket in the computer.
Even the serial number was taken off from the laptop label (see photograph) and therefore I am not sure this is genuine laptop.
After contacting them, They have sent me the correct adaptor now, however, I am not I was not happy with the sale and contacted Grays on-line waiting for resolution more than two weeks now.I am not ready accept the computer without the serial number.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of lenovo yoga 2 13 laptop and associated monetary loss in the amount of $527. Graysonline needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
