I won an auction for an outdoor setting. Although it was pick up only item, they have charged me with an extra 30$ shipment and handling cost.
Then I have sent an email to collect me item as they indicated you have to book the pick up 48 hours. It was one day before Christmas and their website was showing the operating hours Monday till 12:00 pm. A lady from Sydney responded my email saying that I can collect the item till 12:00 pm on Monday consistent with the website. I have hired a ute, printed everything and drove 1 hour and arrived at 10:00 am ( I have also paid 5 dollars for each way toll).
Then what happened? They were closed. I sent an email to the lady who confirmed my pick up and asked why the warehouse is closed. She said she shared with me the information on the website.
Can you imagine? To deal with Grays online costed me lots of money and time. I have called the number on the email, waited for 40 mins, nobody answered. Just keep yourself away from them.
You cannot imagine what will happen to you.
Once you win the auction, they straight away take the money from your account with hidden costs. The worst company I have ever dealt with.
