>They said the item has warranty when they are not a licenced reseller. So no warranty. >Charged me $26.40 for shipping when it would have cost them $12. so that's OVER double what it actually cost them to post the item. >They shipped my item to a invalid adress. So I had to send multiple messages and made sevral phone calls to actually get my package to my address. They actually only did anything until I opened a case with paypal. > They called me by a different name in emails and thought I was someone else, they could not even view basic info form their end. slow and unprofessional responses.

Appalling record keeping. I purchased some artwork and never received a tracking number. Upon requesting one, the customer service person couldn't give me one but said that dispatch 'told him' that my purchase had been delivered. Untrue. They have not provided me with any tracking number or any 'actual' information about my purchase, which wasn't cheap! I am now having to try and get a refund through Paypal. What a big waste of time and energy. Totally unacceptable Grays Online, I would expect at a very minimum that a major operation such as yourselves would have such a basic system running, in that you can supply a tracking number for a purchase.
