I purchased a car from Grays Online with the information provided on the website.A friend of mine called me after the auction to say that the car engine light was on, the engine was misfiring and the car is not drivable.

The person selling the car bough the lemon from them a month ago. The person who sold it to that person had the car inspected in NSW and was told that the car is not drivable. I have refused the purchase the car since they did not disclose any of these details. Im not sure what there double standards are but they always add things like transmission problem or engine light on but not on this car.

Does anyone know where I can report them to so I can start a class action for selling at adhoc and unregulated.Manheim used to do this as well, but was reported and now they do not touch these cars.
