Dodgy company with no morales. Bought a TV with 3 mths warranty and TV didn't work when delivered.

Had to return the TV to them and they lost my TV. They found it 2 wks later (funny how they found it after I stressed I don't want a refund I want my TV back. They then told me it had been damaged when repairing it. Save yourself the hassle and buy new.

I'll never deal with this company again !

I complained extensively and asked for a Manager to phone me and the response was they won't tell you anything different. No point dealing with their customer service as they don't know what service is.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
