I won the auction but had an expired credit card that was linked with the account.At the time of login this was not checked.

It public holidays and I was not checking email often. After sending me Invoice (for the item I wont) and an follow up email (that payment cant be processed), Graysonline decided to cancel the Invoice and re-auction the item. I updated the card details (in 2 days to make a payment) but customer service says its late as the item is put back into auction. Its not a positive customer experience.

Other online platforms have a courtesy of phone call to their customer before making the decisions.Thanks.
