GraysOnline - Customer does not matter!
Together with 20 or so customers waited for for over an hour for pickup at Grays Dandenong warehouse. Many left to return another day.
I could not do that after driving for an hour to get to the far-flung warehouse. Staff run off their feet but too afraid to tell the management and management too uncaring of their staff and clients to listen. Facility grossly understaffed and should not have opened until sufficiently ready.
Came home, phoned Sydney Head Office to inform them of the slow-motion crash at their Dandenong facility - was transferred to Manila helpdesk who apologised but could do nothing to improve the situation. Given the shabby service why anybody would want to buy from Graysonline I have no idea
