My husband bought a Fisher &Paykel Condensor Dryer in August 2017 to resell for a little bit. After a couple of weeks trying to sell it as a set with the twin washing machine, the washer only sold.

So he decided to put it in the laundry for me to use. The first time i used it i thought it was noisy but was'nt sure what it was supposed to sound like. Shen he got home he had a look at it and the vents were stuffed full of lint. It took us both about an hour to clean it out.

The next night i used it again and hubby heard the noise and said it was'nt normal. He called Grays Online next morning only to be told the 30 day warranty was up and to call Fisher & Paykel, which he did. A serviceman came out a week later to take a look inside and was astonished by what he found. The insides were full of lint aswell and the rubber wheels that turn the tumbler were perforated and worn.

They had also melted onto the drum. He also said that it was uneconomical to fix and it was likely the motor would be next, looking at the condition. I phoned Grays Online the next hour and was told It would be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. 2.5 weeks later i was told thst due to the 30 day warranty being out they couldn't help me.

So i seng an email to them with 2 photos attached of the insides stating that it was'nt a warranty issue but a customer unsatisfaction issue. It was a Grade 2 item meaning only minor scratches and facial marks, not uneconomical and never cleaned or looked over ready for sale. IT SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN UP FOR AUCTION, even the Fisher & Paykel serviceman agreed. All i want is my money refunded!

Now im going to take them down and make sure no one I know uses the bastards. I've told my husband never to buy anything from them again!!
